A constant across my various roles have been about customer service as well as administrative and technical support, both internal and external.Additionally, I blog under Positively Healthy - Support, Education, Inspiration for a Positively Healthy life - writing various articles for those on the road to better health as well as bring awareness to weight bias and stigma.I am a former co-host of The Wake Up Call, a locally broadcast health & wellness radio program in the Minneapolis/St Paul area, and current contributor to the Weight Loss Surgery Podcast.As an active member of the Obesity Action Coalition, I serve on the Board of Directors as well as on the Convention Planning Committee and Long Term Planning Committee. Awarded the 2014 Barbara Thompson Award for Advocacy and 2015 Member of the Year awards.
