Ketch is a small startup based in San Francisco, CA providing next-generation data privacy software. As a developer advocate working in a startup, I wore many hats and performed tasks outside my role. - Primarily, I was the face of the company to the developer community and the face of the developer community inside the company. - Responsible for maintaining technical documentation on how to implement Ketch, as well as how the platform worked. - Presented at conferences educating developers to understand what they needed to know about data privacy and how to implement it at their company and in their solutions. This generated new inbound sales opportunities. - Created proof of concepts for web, mobile, and CTV platforms demonstrating how to implement and use the Ketch Platform. - Created integrations for the Ketch Platform, including Tealium CMP and Shopify. - Partnered with prospective customers to gather requirements, and discuss the technical implementation and capabilities of the Ketch Platform leading to successful sales conversions.
