Mr. Pratts is responsible for managing the FSBDC at the University of Central Florida, Osceola County office and currently provides business consulting, international trade services and workshops aimed at assisting clients in Central Florida to start, grow and become more successful businesses.He joins the FSBDC at UCF after an extensive career in business-to-business marketing management, business analysis and development, digital marketing, market research, marketing strategy, and international business, most recently served as international marketing executive at Control Micro Systems in Winter Park, FL. In addition, he has been an educator and course director at Full Sail University and a member of the adjunct business faculty at Polytechnic University specializing in information technology and management. Earlier in his career, he served as the international marketing manager at Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) where he mainly conducted strategic research, market planning to help export-ready new-to-market, new-to-export businesses expand globally. Furthermore, he lead in-bound & out-bound trade missions and established close partnerships in North America for companies such as LG, Samsung, and Hyundai as part of their business development efforts. Pratts earned a BBA in International Business from Florida International University and a MBA in Marketing from Regent University. He additionally holds professional certifications: Economic Development Finance Professional Certification with emphasis in Credit Analysis (EDFP-BCA) and Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP).
