This project team was formed to work under Union Cabinet Minister Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad Ji to support Minister’s team with Project Management, Research & Talking points and Digital Media strategy & content creationb) Conceptualized and built a 15 member PMU team for Ministry of Finance, Forest and planning in Government of Maharashtra under leadership and guidance of then Minister Shri Sudhir Mungantiwar Ji since November 2014 till October 2019.Shri Sudhir Mungantiwar Ji also initiated use of Task Tracker Software, which was built based on my advice to track tasks assigned to officers through Android and Apple mobile devices.c) Worked with Health Minister Shri JP Nadda Ji to setup a Task Tracker software used by his PS Shri Ritesh Chauhan to track assigned tasks and drive closure of each task. This relationship also resulted in KPMG building a PMU team of 15 plus members for center for Health Informatics (CHI)d) Shri Piyush Goyal Ji, then state Minister of Power implemented Task Tracker software to manage his department tasks assigned to his team of 100 plus officers including secretaries and directors of various public sector organizations.e) Worked with Late Shri Manohar Parrikar Ji while he was CM of Goa in 2011 for KPMG to win the Goa International Airport Project.f) Moderated the GST meeting under leadership of Finance Minister Late Shri Arun Jaitley Ji on March 26, 2017 at Sahayadri Guest house, which was attended by Maharashtra Finance Minister Shri Sudhir Mungantiwar Ji, Union Revenue secretary Shri Hasmukh Adhia, GST commissioner, Top Industry leaders and senior most secretaries of Maharashtra Government Hosted Interactive sessions attended by Late Shri Manohar Parrikar (4 times), Shri Piyush Goyal, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi, Shri Nitin Gadkari, Shri Nalin Kohli & Shri Balbir Punj.
