My name is Rajendra Paudel (R.P. Srijan), an entrepreneur, educator, and advocate for migrant workers' rights. Hailing from Nepal, I spent six years as a migrant laborer in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, which opened my eyes to the challenges faced by workers abroad. This experience ignited my passion to empower others, providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to thrive.In 2018, I founded Way To Success, a company now led by my wife, Sangita Timilsina. Our mission is to directly support Nepali migrant workers abroad, offering online courses and helping them access financial tools in Nepal for saving and investment, in collaboration with banks and capital firms. Sangita has been an unwavering partner in this journey, and together, we create content that educates and inspires our audience on social media.Recently, we launched the #30Days30Videos3Countries project, traveling to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. We connected with migrant workers, capturing their stories and experiences through video content. This project reinforced our commitment to supporting migrant workers.I'm also proud to be a Fellow of Migration Tech Monitor (MTM) 2023, where the mentorship and resources were instrumental in developing the Bidesh Mobile Application. This app is a comprehensive resource platform for migrant workers from Nepal, India, and Bangladesh working in Gulf countries and Malaysia. Our goal is to reduce employment fraud and provide access to reliable information and job opportunities.Before this, I contributed to Shramik Sanjal for five years, playing a significant role in building internal and external system development programs. My work has always been driven by a deep commitment to improving the conditions and opportunities for migrant workers.In addition to advocacy, I'm an entrepreneur in the cosmetics and e-commerce industry. I recently launched a partnership-based business focused on natural and organic cosmetic products. Operating in the UAE, our business targets the GCC countries and Nepal, with plans for expansion.As a social media influencer with over 900K+ followers on YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, I create content covering labor laws, digital literacy, fraud awareness, and financial literacy. My goal is to reach as many people as possible, providing them with essential information and resources.
