My core role as a sales consultant was primarily working with the client and designer to create a home that would fit the clients desired needs, budget and lifestyle. My role would include pricing up different materials, offering layout and material alternatives, writing contracts and offering design selections both interior and exterior. I dealt a lot with different councils and regulations around what you can and can't build and how to overcome these different obstacles. Building relationship referrals with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and lawyers also assisted in generating leads for the company.30% of my time went into marketing for the company, running Google Ads, Social Media Ads, redesigning the website, creating print ads, copywriting, and assisting in the video and photo curation.

More4Apps was quickly growing when I joined their team. My roles and responsibilities grew over the course of my time there which allowed me to expand my knowledge in marketing and an expanding workplace. Being part of the marketing team I was involved with:- Implementing online marketing strategies- Managing multiple Social Media platforms- Email creation and distribution - Implementation of marketing automation through PARDOT- Creating creative and engaging content - Creating staff bios and profiles- Analysing ROI Being part of a relatively small team gave me the opportunity to be a part of all aspects of marketing which opened my eyes to the workload and expectations of a marketer.
