Myself actively engaged in Construction Industry for Effective Construction Management & Quality Assurance. Interested in Concrete Technology improvement for sustainable future. Globally the burning issue is Carbon Footprint which is to be reduced at any cost. Individually intact in finding the way to minimise the carbon footprint through the research in concrete design mix with alternative or maximum possible replacement of Ordinary Portland Cement. I hope to make it possible with required technical solution. I have diversified experience and skill in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, Project Management,RCC Design Mix, Quality Management ,Resource Management, Planning, Budgeting & Turnover Projection. Leadership to bridge the demand of customer for timely delivery of the Project.Handled four major power plant EPC projects of India. 1.Guru Govind Singh Refinery Bathinda, Punjab 2. R&M Thermal Power Plant Bathinda, Punjab 3.Pragati Power Plant, Bawana, Delhi. 4. Ennore Sez Power Plant, Chennai Tamilnadu.Handled one Overseas EPC Project Marib Gas Power Plant, Republic of Yemen. In all above mentioned five EPC Projects definitely the working condition and project requirements are uniquely different, which I have hailed closely and earned the precious experiences. Many ultra situations faced and tackled the problem by continuous learning process. Those situations added value in my career and played vital role in developing Leadership.Actively willing to extend my service to a larger canvas and share experience with acquired skills for any offered opportunity by the esteemed organization.
