Manged Security Services subject matter expert for Check Point technologies.The MSS team manages a very diverse set of firewalls from different vendors that exceeds over 5000 devices. My role with these devices is to oversee the Check Point offer for the MSS Operations team. This is a very fast paced job and each day is never like the last.Some of my job duties include:Take escalations using our tiered support modelWork with vendor support to drive issues to resolutionPatch managementFuture growth planning & designKeep the team trained on features we are deployingFeature/blade development & implementationProvider-1/Smartevent upgrades, capacity planning, development, implementation as well as care and feedingI also sit on the MSS Solutions Fit board. The purpose of this board is to look at high complexity customer designs and try to find a solution from a security and networking perspective that will work for the customer and also that we can support in a sustainable way.
