A dedicated educator and SQA Team Leader who consistently delivers on high quality learning, teaching and excellent results. This is achieved by effective communication with multiple stakeholders including pupils, parents, colleagues, management, local authorities and governing bodies. I also excel in relationship building, being a respected leader and successfully motivating my pupils to achieve their best.Currently, I lead a team of 10 professionals to improve tracking and monitoring across 10 departments in the school with the vision to improve pupil outcomes. Managing this has enhanced my decision making and strategic planning skills.This year I am working collaboratively with the leadership team to complete the school timetable. This has been invaluable in developing my problem solving and analytical skills. We are altering the approach this year to improve the efficiency of the process and also to give pupils a better experience and a wider variety of options.
