Roshan Rajkumar is an established attorney who defends small and large corporations in state and federal courts against class action, commercial, mass tort, product liability, and warranty claims and lawsuits. In both coordinating, local and national counsel roles, he gained extensive experience representing major manufacturers of commercial and consumer motor vehicles, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and construction products. He has also assisted clients in creating and executing on earlier assessment and resolution programs that are both efficient and effective in meeting business goals.Clients retain Roshan for his 1st and 2nd chair civil litigation trial experience; however, they also seek his expertise in efficient and effective assessment and resolution of civil litigation matters. He currently serves as warranty counsel for a major automobile manufacturer in the Midwest; as national warranty counsel for a major recreational vehicle manufacturer; and, as regional warranty counsel for four motor vehicle manufacturers. In addition, Roshan is national asbestos counsel for a international food and grain company; represents a major product manufacturer in its Wisconsin asbestos matters; and, serves as regional asbestos counsel for a commercial HVAC manufacturer. Roshan is one of two Sri Lankan-American attorneys at Bowman and Brooke, and devotes quality time to addressing issues of diversity and inclusion in the practice of law. He serves on the Diversity Committee at his firm and his law school alma mater, and he serves on the board of Twin Cities Diversity in Practice, which works to attract, recruit, retain and advance attorneys of color in the Twin Cities.
