The key role is :-• Responsible for Exhibition selling space for various exhibitions across the year.• Delivering Sponsorship sales for exhibition.• Strategy development for exhibition promotion. • Coordination with the National and International Industries Associations, International Trade Councils, Foreign Missions, etc. for support and their group participation in the event.• Appointment and liaison with International sales agents.• Liaison with the State Govts and PSUs’ support and participation in exhibition. • Generate Revenue from advertisements for the exhibition.• Coordination with marketing, PR and operation team for successful delivery of the project.• Handle Sales team and following up regularly with them for the sale of space in exhibition• Responsible for Tie-up with Trade Publications and Portals • Responsible for Payment Follow-up and Lead Generation• Preparing the budget of the show along with the Director and forecasting of the sale for next year Exhibition.• To establish rapport and professional relationship with the client.• Preparation of exhibition Layout plan, Updates, newsletter, etc. • Coordination with the PR team for printing of Expo Directory, invitations, special VIP invitations, etc. • Coordination with the officials Stand Construction agency, Handing & Clearing Agency, Security & House-keeping agencies, and other onsite managers. • Planning for Inviting Ministers and high level dignitaries, delegation at the event• Maintain and update database with any new relevant information regarding prospect Build, Expand, Upgrade and maintain prospect database through research.
