Leading transaction processes for corporate clients, from origination to signing deals, followed by implementation and monitoring. These stages involved business marketing, project (business, financial and operation) due diligence, financial modelling, structuring and approval, negotiation, signing, implementation and monitoring. I led 13 projects worth EUR 50 million with five private clients. I have also developed strong relationship with clients. Managing public capital infrastructure projects financing in municipal, environment and transport sectors; I led ten projects worth EUR 190 million with eight public clients. I have also prepared and managed more than 90 technical assistance assignments for EBRD existing and potential clients in Montenegro. I have been monitoring and reporting on 19 projects as well as managing more than 100 technical assistance projects for EBRD clients in Montenegro.
