Partner with Hiring Managers and build strong client relationships, develop & implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans.Regularly review with stakeholders to ensure hiring is as planned. Build weekly plans and follow up with hiring updates to discuss the challenges and opportunities to fast-track position closure.Executing & distributing, daily, weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders using HRIS Systems and other reporting tools.Maintain the hiring trackers with all the latest updates and ensure all the weekly reports are shared to respective businesses on time.Handling applicants from various Channels such as Portals, Social Networks, Sourcing Agencies, Internal Applicants, Referrals, and Career site applicants.Developing and implementing sourcing through various sources, which includes internet Job Portals such as Monster, Naukri, indeed, Agencies, LinkedIn, Referrals, and Networking.Source candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates, present candidates to hiring managers and make hiring recommendations.
