As a support consultant, my main task was to provide technical support and help to our users in SAP Business One. My duties included user support, troubleshooting, system configuration, upgrading, integrations, training and documentation. I collaborated with customers and our internal team, offered solutions and made sure the system run smoothly. In addition to this, I also did some work with creating customized Power BI solutions for our customers.

Alongside my internship and studies, I also had the opportunity to work part-time in customer support. My duties included user support, troubleshooting, system configuration, upgrading, integrations, training and documentation.

During the internship I had the opportunity to participate in the development of both internal and external dashboards using Power BI. This experience meant that I was actively involved in creating and customizing dashboards for internal users within the organization as well as for external stakeholders. Through work in Power BI, I learned how to effectively structure and visualize data to meet the needs of different users. This hands-on experience gave me a deeper insight into how data visualization and dashboards can be used as powerful tools to communicate information persuasively.

During the internship, I had the opportunity to carefully analyze and evaluate different dashboard solutions, with a particular focus on how colors and shapes affect the experience for end users. By exploring these aspects, I was able to create insights into how different visual elements can affect the understanding and interpretation of data. This hands-on experience not only gave me a greater understanding of how to create effective dashboards, but also how to consciously use color and shape choices to create a meaningful and user-friendly data visualization.

During my time as a student, I worked at an operational level within the warehouse, where I was involved in both picking products and handling the goods reception. Through this experience I have developed a good understanding of the various processes involved in warehouse operations.

As a summer working pest control technician at Anticimex, I gained valuable insights into pest control and management. Through practical work with various pests and their control, I learned how to carefully identify, analyze and implement effective solutions. In addition, I had the opportunity to collaborate with experts in the field, which helped to develop my knowledge and skills. I also strengthened my ability to communicate with customers and explain complex topics in an understandable way.

As a salesperson at New Yorker, I gained valuable experience in sales and customer interaction. Through involvement in the sales process and communication with customers, I learned how to effectively market products and build positive customer relationships. I developed my ability to persuade and adapt to different customer needs and also improved my customer service skills and my collaboration skills.

As a summer caretaker at a cemetery, I learned valuable skills in maintenance, care and customer service. By being responsible for the well-being and order of the area, I developed practical skills in gardening, cleaning and property maintenance.
