This was a period of great growth as we deployed the only fixed CEM platform outside of China in addition to significant expansions of our mobile network architecture.My role as solutions architect consisted of; Spearheading engagement with senior level management at network operators to understand network targets, Developing Customized Solutions for Network Operators based on Huawei CEM platform capabilities, Leading business analysis processes with customers for requirement gathering, performance feedback and business development, Designing of individual site data probes and overseeing construction on 12 sites across RSAGoing from analysis into design and customer engagement did come with teething problems, however, with much support from colleagues and mentors I was able to overcome them.
