Responsible for managing the attrition/offboarding procedures regarding the compensation and benefits applicable to those employees i.e. pension, vacation, medical & other benefits. Charged with maintaining the company's HRIS system (SAP) to ensure accurate line of command, onboarding, offboarding, and other employment changes are recorded and reflected. I also facilitate the implementation of the monthly payroll alongside the finance team and manage the various aspects of group insurance plans- enrollments, terminations, employee queries, record-keeping & invoice reconciliation.

Assisting with the Bank's digital transformation, one of my responsibilities was to ensure that all HR records were converted from their physical formats to a digital representation. This ensures the preservation, conservation, and continuity of HR data dating back to the Bank's inception.I also provided support in the following operational areas of the HR division; Recruitment and Talent Management- interview scheduling, reference checks, verifications, interview evaluations; Onboarding and Orientation-Campus tour, Introduction to the HR system, new hire documentation, etc.); HR Data Analytics; Offboarding- repatriation activities.

In my role at the company, I assisted with the recruitment and selection process by contacting shortlisted applicants, partaking in and evaluating interviews, conducting reference checks, and even facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. I aided with successfully initiating two employee engagement activities: Sport’s Day and Health & Wellness Week.I also coordinated with other departments on issues relating to the effective functioning of the department; be that during the recruitment process or the general upkeep and organization of personnel documentation for the firm.The position was held intermittently: July to August 2018, and July to September 2019.
