Responsible for managing the attrition/offboarding procedures regarding the compensation and benefits applicable to those employees i.e. pension, vacation, medical & other benefits. Charged with maintaining the company's HRIS system (SAP) to ensure accurate line of command, onboarding, offboarding, and other employment changes are recorded and reflected. I.

Assisting with the Bank's digital transformation, one of my responsibilities was to ensure that all HR records were converted from their physical formats to a digital representation. This ensures the preservation, conservation, and continuity of HR data dating back to the Bank's inception.I also provided support in the following operational areas of the HR.
