Reported directly to the Vice-President of Operations, with responsibilities for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all areas of plant production. In charge of metal fabrication facility production planning, personnel and facility layout. Responsibilities include those of maintaining and managing materials, facility maintenance, plant personnel and employee safety.

Held responsibility for providing Engineering support to seventeen electrical switchgear manufacturing facilities throughout the USA. Responsible for continuous production process improvement throughout satellite plant organization.

Held responsibility to assist Texas manufacturers with engineering and technical support. Charged with providing technical outreach to Texas manufacturers and developing customer leads and project contracts. Provided assistance to manufacturers in such areas as plant layout, Lean Manufacturing implementation, strategic business planning, warehouse layout, ERP system needs analysis, TQM training and Activity Based Costing.

Reported to Vice President of Manufacturing with management responsibilities for the Engineering Department. In charge of new product development, quotations, and product specifications. Responsible for maintaining bills of materials, routings, and costing in J.D. Edwards ERP system. In charge of new machine installations and production floor layout

Reported to the Director of Engineering with responsibilities for the design, coordination and start-up of assembly lines for new products. Estimated the production costs of new products, assembly line start-up costs and production output. Established production standards and annual budget costs for products. Maintained bill of materials and routings in AMAPS/Q production system.
