I am a certified holistic nutrition coach and natural-health advocate. I have certifications in a 200hr yoga teacher training and as a stretch/mobility coach.I continue my nutritional studies through AFPA and Yoga therapy/anatomy through Yoga Medicine. I continue to learn from YOGABODY as well. I’m passionate about showing others how to live a healthy holistic life through eating a nourishing whole foods diet, using earth friendly products, and using mindfulness tools such as yoga, meditation, and nature to keep the body healthy.I teach others how to incorporate a stretching practice within their busy lifestyles as well. These stretching practices help increase flexibility and mobility. Our main goal is to maintain/re-establish basic range of motion while increasing healthspan.As the muscles lengthen during the stretches, more space is created within the body offering more room for muscle growth. This would ultimately help support the joints creating better posture and stability within the body and ultimately reduce the risk of falling and injury.
