He has also led efforts to significantly improve and stabilize network and server performance, and has re-engineered and delivered significant performance improvement initiatives for Bank Help Desk and Field Support teams.Prior to Joining Simmons, My Green was a Senior Vice President at Citi, where he had responsibility for driving operational improvement initiatives for Citi’s global Mortgage Banking systems, and successfully delivered projects that improved those system’s stability and compliance posture. Mr. Green, in addition to his banking experience, has 30+ years experience as a technology consulting leader, including leadership roles as a Partner in Grant Thornton and Arthur Andersen.
