Randy Green is a proven technology leader in the financial industry, with a track record of successfully implementing transformational change in a variety of settings.Currently, Mr. Green is the Chief Technology Officer at Simmons Bank, a $25B regional bank, where he has been the architect and a driving force in implementing a ‘cloud-first’ strategy for all Bank systems. Under his leadership, the Bank has migrated from a historically on-prem, inhouse approach to one that has embraced SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions, particularly leveraging offerings from Jack Henry and Associates (JHA). This approach has allowed the Bank to more than triple in asset size while controlling IT headcount growth and driving down CAPEX costs.As the leader of the IT Operations team at Simmons, Mr. Green has led a successful effort to improve the operational maturity of the organization, and has expanded and upgraded the talent in the IT Operations team. He has also led efforts to significantly improve and stabilize network and server performance, and has re-engineered and delivered significant performance improvement initiatives for Bank Help Desk and Field Support teams.Prior to Joining Simmons, My Green was a Senior Vice President at Citi, where he had responsibility for driving operational improvement initiatives for Citi’s global Mortgage Banking systems, and successfully delivered projects that improved those system’s stability and compliance posture. Mr. Green, in addition to his banking experience, has 30+ years experience as a technology consulting leader, including leadership roles as a Partner in Grant Thornton and Arthur Andersen.
