He currently serves as a full-time Operations Analyst at NatWest Group, where he plays a crucial role in enhancing fraud detection service and optimizing operational processes.In 2018, Rithik co-founded A Home to the Homeless Foundation (HTHF), working to support the underprivileged and partnering with the PAGC Foundation on impactful campaigns.Rithik's professional experience includes a summer internship at Sharekhan, a leading brokerage firm in India, where he worked in finance capital markets and marketing research.His interests extend beyond academics, with a particular passion for international affairs and marketing research. The NIKE 2012 Olympic campaign, "Find Your Greatness," stands out as a major inspiration for him.
