I lead the Data Engineering, Data Visualization, MLOps and AI transformation team, where I leverage my expertise in generative AI and MLOps to create and implement AI solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize business processes, and drive growth. I have successfully delivered multiple AI projects, such as a generative document summarizer, a conversational agent for customer service, and a MLOps platform for model deployment and monitoring. Prior to joining Piramal Enterprise, I was a Project Lead at BCG where I advised clients on digital transformation strategy, analytics and AI adoption. Prior to BCG, I worked as a Analytics Lead at Walmart, where I developed and managed ML models and BI dashboards for Pricing, Assortment optimization, Marketing and Omnichannel distribution.
