In-charge of day to day operations for a data centre supervising 5 direct reports including trade qualified technicians | Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a day to day basis for monitoring and maintenance of building facilities, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, UPS, diesel generators, HVACs, chillers, BMS and fire systems including infrastructure plans and documentation | Subcontractor management for regular maintenance & testing, service faults & call outs, request for quotes and ensuring works carried out in compliance with POs, contract SLAs, WHS, OEM and engineering standards

Manager in-charge of engineering team for administration of operations, cost estimation, resource prioritisation, scheduling personnel and equipment for operational efficiency | Hands on maintenance and repair of all machinery (main propulsion engine, high pressure boilers, ships structure, electrical power generation and distribution systems and auxiliaries including refrigeration and air conditioning plants) for minimum downtime | Planning and implementing work schedules as per Planned Maintenance System (PMS/CMMS) and condition based maintenance to enhance life cycle of machinery and its parts increasing time between overhauls (TBO) | Ensuring compliance of new built vessels as per contract terms and raising guarantee claims for defective parts and services provided, setting up the record management systems and conducting pre-audit checks
