Manages an operating budget of $1,000,000. Leads, trains, and supervises the Battalion staff that plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, and controls the Battalion's missions. Sustains the Battalion's combat readiness by providing focus and supervision with regards to the Battalion's personnel, logistics, budget, force protection, and administration. Serves as the Commander in his absence.

Battalion Executive Officer for the 1st Battallion 28th Infantry Regiment, comprised of 5 companies, battalion staff elements with a personnel strength of 878 enlist, warrant officers, officers and civilians: responsible for the logistical and administrative readiness of the battalion; synchronizes the planning, preparation, and staff employment while preparing for a deployment to the ARCENT theather; oversees accountability and maintenane of more than $90 million of vehicles and equipment, including divison war fighting systems, ancillary equipment, and automation equipment, Serves as the commander in his absence.

Directs and orchestrates the execution of a myriad of missions and tasks ensuring the staff action produce the commander's intended results. Serves as the commander in his absence.

Iraqi Army and Training Advisor for the 1st Infantry Division G-3 Iraqi Security Force (ISF) Cell. Responsible for the oversight of the day to day operation of the cell, conducting planning, coordination and partnership tracking of 3 Iraqi Army Divisions within MND-S. Responsible for creating planning products and documents to aid division planners and command group in making decisions. Coordinates with higher headquarters, BCTs and other US Government agencies to ensure partnership activities, Transition Team operations, and enabler management requirements are met in accordance with existing directives. Responsible for coordinating with higher headquarters and BCTs to fund Iraqi Security Forces Funding (ISFF) projects. Advises Cell Chief and Command Group on the Iraqi Logistics System. Additional Duty as USD-S TAC North OIC.

Operations Officer for an Airborne Infantry Battalion consisting of five companies. Responsible for the conduct of U.S. Army Airborne, Jumpmaster and Pathfinder courses, providing the Department of Defense with qualified personnel to conduct airborne operations, while instilling the Paratrooper Ethos in the junior leadership of the Army. Trains over 18,000 Paratroopers, 800 Jumpmasters, and 600 Pathfinders annually. Plans for the training maintenance, and card for over 300 cadres and 1,500 students daily in an environment designated as high risk. Responsible for a Rigger company that pack s over 100,000 parachutes annually and maintains a deployable platoon in support of the 75th Ranger Regiment. Manages a $8.5 million annual budget. Provides subject matter expertises to the U.S. Armed Forces on Airborne and Pathfinder doctrine, training, material development and procedures.

Senior Combat Advisor/Deputy Commanding Officer on the Headquarters Training Assesment and Validation Team responsible for the collective training and readiness of the Afghan National Army(ANA) with specific focus on validating the Kandaks(Battalions) throughout the country to conduct independant and sustained combat operations. Serves as a trainer and mentor to Afghan Regional Security Integation Command and the ANA Corps Commanders by standardizing ANA readiness in a combat environment by application of proven collective training techniques. Provide emphasis on further developing and improving Embedded Transition Team/Operational Mentor Liaison Teams collective training mentoring techniques. Coordinates all available resources for multiple and simultaneous assessment, tracking program progress, and interfaces efforts with Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan.

Command A Company, 4th Ranger Training Battalion at Camp Rogers and Camp Darby consisting of 2 platoons totaling 36 Ranger Instructors and 1,000 Ranger students annually. Train Ranger students on a variety of tasks including: physical readiness, land navigation, combatives, demolitions, airborne and helicopter insertion and squad level combat patrols. Responsible for developing a functional chain of command by teaching, coaching, counseling, mentoring and developing subordinates. Provide an open and caring command climate for the Soldiers and families assigned to the company. Maintain and account for TDS,TASC, and organizational equipment worth an excess of $500,000. Maintain Standards for all to follow.

Assistant Operations Officer of a 696 man Stryker equipped Infantry Battalion. Assists the Operations Officer in planning, coordinating, and execution of tactical operations. Advises the Operations Officer and battle staff in the Military Decision Making Process to produce timely combat orders and synchronized tactical operations. Assists in the supervision of the Battalion Tactical Operations Center and executes the duties of Battle Captain. Assists the Operations Office in overseeing the battalion's training management system to ensure challenging, safe, battle-focused training that produces combat ready units and Soldiers. Coordinates all of the battalion's activities to ensure effective time management and synchronized effort within the battalions and with external units. Ensures training resources are planned and acquired for effective training events for the battalion.

Commader of a 177- man Stryker Brigade Combat Team Rifle Company, consisting of nine rifle squads, three weapons squads, a mobile gun system platoon, a mortar section, a fire support section, a sniper section and a headquarters section deployed in combat in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Responsible for the training and tactical employment of the company in full spectrum operations with a focus on MOUT, limited visiblity and precision operations. Responsible for masterin new weapons and equipment to include digitized command and control systems. Responsible for combat readiness, physical fitness, welfare, morale, conduct and force protection of the company and the well being of their families. Accounts for and maintains vehicles and organizational equipment valued in excess of $25,000,000.

Assitant operations officer for the US Army's First Stryker Brigade Combat Team(SBCT) consisiting of three Infantry Battalions, one Reconnaissance Squadron, a Field Artillery Battalion, a Brigade Support Battalion, seperate Headquarters, Anti-Tank, Engineer, Military Intelligence, and Signal Companies, and attached Air Cavalry Squadron, and a Corps Support Battalion. Assists in planning, resourcing, and executing daily garrison and tactical operations, and training for a rapidly deployable combat unit preparing for operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
