Managed the overall IT direction and oversaw POS (point of sale) software rollout. Developed Google Data Studio rollups for senior management. Developed and deployed WordPress / Ecwid E-commerce environments.

Developed Python-based ETL interfaces for Blockit, a leading EHR integration provider. Created and deployed virtualized (AWS) WordPress instances for a rural hospital chain.

Developed a custom LIS software to consume PDF, positional, and raw instrument data from multiple labs to produce a personalized report for patients. This personalized approach allowed for practitioner input to be coupled with aggregated data. The LIS was deployed to Amazon's AWS and provided both physician and patient portals for report retrieval.

Oversaw corporate-wide information systems initiatives and the full, software development lifecycle. This role included all software development, acquisition, deployment, usability, and support phases. Designed, developed, and implemented company website and online educational accreditation programs. Revamped company offerings with re-branding initiatives to include logical categorization, color/symbology resulting in unity of the product line. Developed offline catalogs for the salesforce resulting in increased sales and brand orientation. Sourced and implemented online CRM and sales reporting platforms. 
Collaborated with VP of Clinical Services; developed the company’s first electronic wound care/ skin care protocols and guidelines while assisting in the creation of white papers and case studies promoting increased sales and product trust. Provided upstream analytical sales data & reporting directly to the senior management team and the CEO. Researched and overcame the complexities of product export registration procedures in foreign markets.

Designed, programmed, and developed Internet e-commerce and Intranet websites for Ace Mart producing 10 million dollars of yearly revenue. Built and led an 8 person team of designers, copyrighters, and digital/marketing personnel.
 Created and managed a $30k budget for Google AdWords and Commission Junction's affiliate program. Developed custom online analytics approaches to better understand visitor behavior. Applied A/B testing, real-estate analysis, and attrition monitoring to ensure conversions. Implemented Coremetrics analytics and Celebros granular search technologies.
Programmed bi-directional web services and EDI interfaces for inventory management.
