I am deeply concerned about Climate Change, and love working with data, warehouses, systems alignments and the solutions that form around them.Almost every position in my career has been a blend of Product Management (handling roadmaps, prioritization and outward communication), Data Architecture, ELT and Integration Engineering (building warehouses and integrations from the ground up), and Solutions Design (working with internal and external stakeholders to define their problems and the solutions to address them).I've been a team of one - and led teams of 4-6 technical staff.At Hatch Data (initially a 20-person start-up) I stood up all Salesforce solutions and owned all data alignments and integrations between Salesforce and other commercial systems such as NetSuite. I architected and built our Data Warehouse ELTs, their data pipelines and transformations, and the BI (AWS QuickSight) reporting to go with it. My Data Operations & Science team built the company's first automated algorithms (Python), as well as the company's first integrations with external customer systems.At Enel, I led Technology Services engagements, consulting with customers to design solutions on top of Enel's technology products. Notably, this included the design and development of a carbon accounting module for their Utility Bill Management product, now used by several of the Fortune 500. I architected, built and owned an HTTP-based data acquisition system for streaming energy data. I also led the Enel Labs team in the year prior to starting Hatch, which was comprised of a data scientist and several analysts. Our outputs were algorithmic POCs that consumed Enel's vast amounts of time-series data to create highly accurate baselines and predictive forecasts.Robert holds a Masters Degree from MIT.
