I am a Legal Assistant at Victoria Legal Aid, where I support the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients in need. I am also a current student of Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Criminology at Victoria University, having completed an Advanced Diploma of Legal Practice at the same institution. My core competencies include legal document preparation, document management, and strategic communications.In my role as a Legal Assistant, I have increased client satisfaction by efficiently managing case files and promptly addressing inquiries. I have also facilitated timely resolution of legal matters by preparing and organizing essential documents, conducting comprehensive legal research, and assisting with trial preparation. Additionally, I have streamlined administrative processes for better efficiency in handling caseloads, reducing paperwork backlog, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. I have developed strong relationships with my team, vendors, and other stakeholders, demonstrating my ability to work collaboratively and effectively.
