As Solution Architect for Intercope (http://www.intercope.com) I've been directly involved in designing, deploying and support several major installation of MessagePlus/Open the Intercope's Business Communication platform. Hired by Cycos AG as Senior Sales Consultant for the Italian branch, my main occupation was supporting the Channel Managers in defining the framework of complex project and help them offering the right solution for scenarios ranging from Fax Servers up to UM, AUM and UC platforms including ACD, CTI or IVR implementations.

Later on I was responsible for coordinating the Technical department in Italy including agroup of 10 technicians with mixed competences ranging from Unified Messaging and Business communications to Information Capture.

I’ve started my job in TOPCALL for the Technical department. Since company’s strategy was a pure direct market engagement and business processes oriented our daily work was a mix of Pre Sales and Technical support.
