Roux M. possesses very broad experience with more than 27 years in the real estate sector where he has specialized in various areas of the industry ranging from the efficient management of corporate services, business transactions, residential and industrial, including consultations on the development and management of new projects.He began his career at Inversiones Moses in 1984 as its Sales Manager until becoming the Executive Vice President in 1997. After these first 13 years, he founded INVERPRO that functioned for two years, and thereafter joined CBRE, opening its doors in Panama in 1999. His responsibilities include planning, coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the company while directing and creating new business opportunities at local, regional and international levels.Mr. Roux is a graduate of Tulane University in Accounting and Economics, and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. He represents CBRE at the American Chamber of Commerce-Panama (AMCHAM) and the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Brokers (ACOBIR), among others, and is fluent in the English and Spanish languages.Mr. Roux is the Director General and President, and at all times shares his experience and knowledge with his entire team at CBRE Panama.
