I was Responsible for creating infrastructure solutions in an internal environment (DHE – Environment available for all IBM tools) with over 100 servers, initially in mainframes logical partitions (LPARs), and later migrated to virtual servers in the IBM cloud, all Linux and AIX operating system. Also responsible for OS support and application servers during weekly shifts.I implemented automation solution (Tool with web interface Web Command Center – WCC) creating the tool in Python and Shell script capable of preventing failures due to expired passwords, file system full, correcting and detecting security deviations. I created network access solution (Firewalls, Routes and VLANs) for different sites in different countries (USA - Dublin). IT Technical Support, July/2007 - June/2012I was responsible for Linux and AIX operating systems support, IBM application servers (WebSphere/IHS) in several external accounts, such as Panasonic, Circuit City, AMEX and the internal IBM account (Internal Global Account)

I was responsible for supporting IBM application servers (WebSphere/IHS) on physical servers (On-premises) with Linux operational system. Assisted the network, security and monitoring team in occasional situations. I initially worked as a third party for Stefanini Consultancy for five months.I implemented automation solution (restarting applications with issues) and monitoring using an open-source solution (Nagios). I actively assisted in the migration of the data center from on-premises to colocation at the former Brasil Telecom.

I was responsible for creating network infrastructure solutions, both physical solutions (cabling and switches) and logical solutions (configurations, routing, firewalls, DNS, etc.), an internal environment with several servers. Also responsible for firewall and routing servers (Using OpenBSD/Unix), external and internal DNS. Co-responsible for Windows, Active Directory and Exchange servers.I implemented the migration of internal networks that were in non-private class B (128/8) to private class A (10/8). Implemented several backbones using routing protocols, scripts (Shell script) and aggregation both internally for CTIS and for external clients.
