This makes me an invaluable addition to any company.1) I care (probably too much). I act as if I had started the company Honda myself, as if I were Mr. Honda. As a result, I strive for excellence in everything; In every thought... In everything I say and do... What would Mr. Honda think? What would he do? What would he say?2) I am an extremely hard worker, driven, and self motivated instilled in me from growing up on a farm, and my involvement with the farm's commercial operation, hay sales.3) I am very detail oriented and thorough. Guaranteed, everything I do has been thoroughly studied, is free of mistakes and is of the most excellent quality (if it only needs to be half right and finished quickly... I am not the right person for the task).4) My thirst for knowledge has resulted in a multitude of degrees and certificates (management, technical and everywhere in between).On one end of the spectrum, is my degree in Business Management. I have taken classes in operations management (plant manager), and executive management. In the middle of the spectrum, is my degree in Engineering and a separate degree in Design (CAD). On the far end of the spectrum, is my degree in Maintenance. I have also taken classes in virtually every field (Sales, finance, accounting, IT, etc...).Ask Maintenance how they feel about Engineers... Ask engineers how they feel about management... Companies often suffer from sub-optimal functioning teams because they struggle to bridge this gap between work groups. However, my unique combination of education/experience gives me the ability to bridge this gap.For many years I assumed that having highly developed knowledge and skills (trait 4) would be considered most valuable to a company. Oddly enough, I have realized that traits 1, 2 and 3 are actually the most valuable and most rare for any company to find in a person.
