Led Covid-19-related changes in production, including a historic change of broadcast slot and format for the main evening newscast on LTV1. Supervised of the implementation of the public remit and was a member of the Quality Control Council tasked with evaluating the quality and public service value of in-house and independently produced content. As an acting board member, drafted strategic planning documents, represented LTV at parliamentary hearings and meetings with the regulatory body.

As a consultant for the Media Program of the Open Society Foundations, coordinated the research project Footprint of Financial Crisis in the Media exploring the impact of the financial crisis on media in 18 post-socialist countries.
