Content/feature onboardingEnsure all content is onboarded correctly and efficiently. Liaise with partners and engineers to make sure feed specification are accurate and that content is delivered in the best possible format. Collaborate with Sales and Editorial to certify that content is appearing in the right places and is tracked in the right way.

As an analyst, the core of my job is to master the art of elicitation, analysis, and proposition of solutions for the diverse clients’ business requirements and problems; meanwhile, preparing and owning the functional specifications and business processes of the project at hand, and liaising between the client, business people, and the development team.

Seeking a more challenging line of work, I took on a role as part of the committee responsible for defining, piloting, and optimizing a formal software development process within the organization, which is based on Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) and covers the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from project initiation to closure. I have also participated in building process guidance, templates, and checklists, and monitoring the implementation of this process as a quality assurance engineer.

-Gather, analyze and document user requirements for several projects. In addition to developingproject scope statements.-Conduct software testing including, ad-hoc, smoke, regression, black-box, gray-box, usability andcompatibility testing. In addition to generating test status reports.-Develop User Manuals and conduct training for end users.- Follow up on Change Requests submitted by the client and ensure the completeness andcorrectness of their implementation.
