Promoted to provide strategic HR leadership for the region, supporting an 18-member HR Team in 3 states. Develop an internal team of cross-functional experts that provide strategic advisement, feedback, and input to the VP of HR. ★ Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support the company vision. HR partner to the VP of HR, designing and deploying people-related strategies, providing guidance and counseling to operations leaders, and making high-level and deep-impact decisions aligned with organizational goals.• Direct team operations, and provide leadership and oversight, including tracking KPIs, hiring, supervising, training, mentoring, coaching, and developing future leaders.• Diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans. Track internal customer success metrics, and resolve employee issues.• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate HR processes. Analyze and improve current state processes to define and implement future state processes.• Partner with senior leadership to identify high performers and build talent pipelines. Applied standardization of succession planning to generate candid dialogue with leaders and map the depths of each team. Create development plans and learning agendas to support growth and strengthen the capability of high performers.• Oversee full life-cycle projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the project's progress. Prepare reports for executive leadership regarding project status.• Manage and provide oversight to the strategic communication and change management affairs of the Comcast HR team, providing high-quality, timely, and accurate materials in response to internal and external requests. • Subject Matter Expert and Strategic Lead for Workday Implementation enterprise-wide and developed enterprise-wide data analytics for Workday.• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead
