As a Senior Content Production lead, I provide strategy, QA, and production guidance, working in conjunction with our SEO, Digital PR, and writer teams, for our internal content as well as our clients.This includes managing content production and strategy for an internal company blog with 2.4 M average monthly readers, as well as working to increase traffic, brand visibility, and conversions for our clients through a variety of types of content. This includes blogs, long-form guides, product and service pages, explainer videos, and buyer journeys.

As Managing Editor, I managed a team of 8+ writers and two copy editors in order to assign, refine, and deliver content to over 100 global clients across a wide set of verticals. This also included copy-editing over 10,000 words per week, and drafting 10+ client briefs a week to explain client needs to writers prior to assignments. I was also responsible for direct account management for several clients, including regular communication and strategy calls to ensure their needs were being met, and pioneered several internal initiatives to improve efficient and content quality.

Worked as a copywriter for various web clients across a variety of verticals, with a specialty in health and wellness. Also provide a bi-weekly column on web marketing for the company website.

South Plainfield, Nj

Responsible for several duties involved with putting together a monthly business-to-business print trade publication, along with an accompanying website. Duties included writing two feature-length articles monthly, along with multiple smaller news stories and columns. Also worked on company social media platforms and represented company at industry events. Promoted to position from Editorial Assistant.

Princeton, Nj

Responsible for writing/proofreading articles and news posts for the TGEink e-magazine and website. Also worked alongside head publisher to revise copy on several company documents.

Greater Philadelphia Area

In conjunction with the CCAHA staff, created a grant proposal to be submitted to the McLean Contributorship.

Daily duties included looking over and commenting on potential magazine submissions, copyediting and proofreading later drafts of submissions, and attending staff meetings with other interns. There is also a long-term component, which involves me compiling and preparing articles for an anthology on Racial Concerns.
