Principal investigator for several research programs within the Dynamic and Reactive Sciences department. - Performed epitaxial growth and characterization of GaAs, GaAs/Sb, GaAs/Bi, GaAs/Te films to understand the effects of surfactants during growth.- Used density functional theory to predict surface reconstructions and surfactant effects during growth of III-Vs.

- Developed manufacturing specifications for new products- Performed mechanical inspection and materials specifications- Machinist: CNC and manual machining of precision aircraft parts
