Driven by curiosity and creativity, I always enjoy taking on new challenges, whether in research, project work or my hobbies such as sports and cooking.👩🏼🎓 My academic journey and hands-on research experience have provided me with sound knowledge of economic theory, 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀, 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀, as well as a deep understanding of 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. My focus is on (gender) inequality in labour markets and organisational behaviour, e.g. I’ve studied hiring practices, wage penalties and compensation structures. More recently, I’ve started to explore human-LLM-chatbot interactions, usability, and prompt engineering. 👩🏼💻 Besides academics, I've gained skills in 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, team leadership and working with public organisations through my extensive voluntary work and consulting experience at PwC.
