IDfy is a B2B Fintech SaaS company. 1. At IDfy i owned the ideation, development & launch of customer/merchant onboarding & KYC for lending, credit card & e-wallet use-cases for marquee clients like PhonePe, Amazon Pay, AMEX, PayTM, HDFC Bank, Indusind Indie App & Julo Indonesia, generating $4 Mn in revenue while leading a 13 member team.2. Lead launch of all new client feature requests, including several high impact features/APIs for our Video KYC, Self Onboarding product and API suite.3. Lead E2E development & launch of multiple internal products & processes to enable automation of the whole client onboarding process, for all IDfy clients, leading to 400% growth in the number of clients that went LIVE from 4 per/month to 30 p/m enabling faster revenue realization of Rs 37 CRs within 2 years and significantly improving time to go live for API products from 1.5 Months to 4 days, for Video KYC product from 6 months to 3 weeks and for Self Onboarding PG Product from 2 months to 1 week.

Lead client communication while being responsible for Requirement gathering and budget estimation.2. Doing requirement analysis and user/market research to generate reports/inputs on multiple data points.3. Defining the product road map from Design phase to Launch.4. Making wireframes and defining complete User Experience of the product.5. Making the User Stories for each Epic along with the BRD, PRD, FRD, NFRD and SRS documentation.6. Drove the company to profitability in just 10 months by working cross-functionallywith the design, technology, editorial, marketing and operations team.6. Developed the App and Website wire-frames along with handling A/B testing. Alsoresponsible for doing complete market research and developing user personas.7. Increased it's SKUs from just 1 to 43 SKUs while setting up our own manufacturingunit to increase product quality and profit margins to 350% in 4 months.8.
