As a Biomedical Engineering Technologist with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and medical device industry, I work at Humber River Hospital, North America's first fully digitalized hospital. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Isfahan University of Iran, and I have completed multiple technical trainings and certifications on various medical devices.My core competencies include ultrasound imaging, account management, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service. I apply my extensive knowledge and skills to ensure the optimal performance, safety, and quality of the hospital's medical devices, ranging from ultrasound, defibrillators, incubators, vital signs monitors, ICU patient monitoring system, and bladder scanners.
