As the Director of Operations Services, I oversee all clients in each division of our business, providing knowledge and expertise for continuous driver safety and improvement. My responsibilities also include: Administration, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Social Media, Training Logistics, Human Resources, IT, and Safety Consulting.DriveTeam's specialty is hands-on training. Our high level programs begin with basic backing skills to understanding vehicle dynamics at a high level as part of our ProDriver Certification Program. In our corporate training division we pride ourselves in developing programs for our clients in cargo securement training, Department of Transportation Compliance, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), Driver Qualifications, and Compliance Safety Accountability (CSA). Our corporate training division specializes in one-on-one training, Skid Vehicle training, and administrative consulting, all lowering the risk of each fleet we conduct training for.Our hands-on emergency response operations courses for police and fire departments greatly enhances the knowledge, skills, and decision making of our countries first responders. Our police division concentrates on essential and advanced dynamic training, pursuit driver training for officers and supervision, and finally advanced dynamic training in our skid vehicles. DriveTeam's fire division allows firefighters to work on basic backing and hand-signals skills, for emergency situations leading to our advanced programs with our SkidEngine as part of the ProFirefighter training program.

Brute Athletics is helping change the athletic and training industry through Brute resistance bands. Training young athletes to the young at heart, Brute bands offer endless exercises to train at home, in the gym, or on the road. With the versatility to combine strength training, greater flexibility, and decrease the possibility for injury Brute bands are a gym in themselves. With new innovative products and exercises in the works, Brute Athletics will be a leader in the future of the health, wellness, and athletic industries.
