Rahim is a social determinants and health equity advocate who is captivated by the unification of healthcare data and qualitative experiences. He enjoys innovative solutions to complex and real-world issues. He is in a unique place having directly worked with at-risk populations but also having the background to translate practical experiences to objective, measurable data points. Rahim’s passion is rooted in social work and public health. His vision is to develop a methodology that truly ties effective interventions to increase access, knowledge, and behavior change to statistically impact at-risk populations while balancing budgets and maintaining patient dignity. Rahim’s experiences have placed him in the homes and patient rooms hearing firsthand the challenges that face patients, but also in a position to advocate for them on a mezzo and macro level. Rahim aspires to influence macro change through healthcare systems, payors, public health, and state and federal policy. Rahim ultimately connects the dots between the patient and all the systems that impact the patient.
