The mission of Career Services is to help the students and recent graduates of the University of California identify and fulfill their career goals. Career Services serves as the bridge between student's college experience and employment or graduate school, helping them apply what they have learned. Currently managing the department's job board software (NACElink CSM) and the Drupal based website.

Texas Stream Team is a network of trained volunteers and supportive partners working together to gather information about the natural resources of Texas and to ensure that information is available to all Texans. Volunteers are trained to collect quality-assured information that can be used to make environmentally sound decisions. Established in 1991, Texas Stream Team (formerly Texas Watch) is administered through a cooperative partnership between Texas State University, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is committed to providing a support and information base that validates each student's experience and nurtures a sense of participation, belonging and empowerment. Through mentorship, academic programs, one-to-one counseling/advising, campus student support service referrals and social/cultural programming, we strive to maximize a student's involvement and success in the campus academic community. In addition to assisting students through to graduation, EOP helps motivate and inform students to utilize services to enhance their preparation for the job market and/or graduate/professional school admission. EOP services all students, while focusing on those who are low-income and first-generation undergraduates. Excellence, achievement, leadership and community serve as the key elements to EOP's purpose.
