My mission is to educate and develop players that are physically and mentally prepared to compete at the professional level. The idea and style of play will be in accordance with the club or academy’s tradition. The general objective will focus on the improvement of the players’ potential, performance: physical, motor and emotional state, individually and collectively, to form physically and mentally strong players. This will be achieved through planned training sessions, including neurobiological exercises that will help individual and collective learning development.Training sessions will parallel player age appropriate emotional and neurological development, through chats and exercises that teach brain functions and it’s relation to the game. The objective, making future better decisions, improve emotional intelligence against the adversary, accept defeat and overall situation preparedness in and out of competition.The goal is to develop profesional athletes through ethical morals and values, ultimately becoming positive role models within society.
