Human Resources
Current- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resources planning, recruitment, training.
- Develop occupation classification and pay structures and benefit administration.
- Responsible for processing the entire payroll cycle, including pay (payments by electronic transfer), benefit entitlement, government remittances, journal entries, payroll account reconciliations, year-end procedures.
- Administer and coordinate on boarding of new employees, internal and external training, health and safety meetings, and employee performance and appraisal programs.
- Maintain all Human Resource records including, personnel information, records of employee attendance, leave and overtime, as well as employee training records.
- Act as primary liaison for employees and provide information with regards to their queries in reference to HR and payroll matters, benefits administration, etc.
