•Lead and manage the implementation of academic improvement and professional development projects in 700 public schools•Develop and implement goal oriented plans and strategies to assure high quality service •Supervise, coach, and evaluate educational consultants’ performance, quality service•Develop and supervise e-learning curriculum and webinar sessions in education technology professional development

• Coordinate program development, implementation, and performance monitoring plans.• Design and develop professional development plans and programs for teachers and students in the educational system.• Implement an educational program for the professional development of educators: o integration of technology to the teaching and learning process o integration of parents and community members o direct interventions with students aiming improvement in academic performance• Provide trainings, class demonstrations, workshops, and instructional mentoring to teachers and students in scientifically based pedagogical practices and in the integration of technology instructional resources to the educational process. • Establish public relations with international Education Ministries, public policy makers, and entrepreneurs regarding educational solutions.• Offer presentations and workshops to school superintendents, directors, and administrators in the use of statistical analysis for the accountability of the academic achievement of their regions, cities, and schools. • Establish alliance, and provide orientations to family members, community, and government agencies as for their integration to the educational process.• Provide workshops to parents and family members in educational topics to contribute in the assistance to improve their children in the learning process.• Coordinate, develop, and offer motivational activities and conferences to students about accomplishing academic goals.
