• Design and Develop Low/High-Frequency Magnetics products, Predict the final product dimension & generated product specification as per customer requirements.• Establish test procedures for quality assurance of the finished product.• Establish a timeline of project execution as per client specification & deadline. • Work with external resources to resolve product & parts issues.• Development of proto-model and proof of concept samples as per the requirement of design inputs & validated the product. • Reviewing the engineering document / design changes & resolving quality-related problems associated with the final product.• Design and Development process as per APQP• Prepare the costing sheet for the finished product as per BOM & finished product approval follow-up with the customer.• Final Product & technology transfer to mass volume, Process simplification & finalization.

• Analysis of new specification includes designing and development of coils, transformer assemblies used in Medical Field, Computer peripherals, Industrial application etc.• Construction and Assembly designed as per IEC Standards & UL Standards. • Bill of material preparation for a designed product as per UL Insulation System, RoHS Compliance & REACH.• Vibration tested & drop tested performed as per IEC standards.• Reliability test as per IEC standards to ensure final product lifespan.• Involved in NPI & analysis use of POKE YOKE techniques to attain zero defect. • Ensure production procedures efficiently utilize materials, methods, and personnel.• Work with WW team & external resources to ensure quality design and performance.• Troubleshooting of field returned defective products and carry out root cause analysis and implementation of corrective & preventive actions.• Preparation of documents as per ISO 9001 Clauses includes Feasibility study, Failure mode Effective analysis, Process flow chart, Design validation & verification Etc.• Risk identification and mitigation action for product development. • Project plan/ Timeline plan preparation/ Testing (electro-mechanical) method finalization.
