Monitor operations functionality of client related systems. Continuously monitor for security threats for all network servers and any telecommunications equipment in the company’s data-center. Daily reviewing of ticketing system to update/close/ create tickets for client request/incidents. Phone support and appropriate escalation for hardware and software incidents/requests.
