Duties & Responsibilities: Core Team Member of SAP Basis Implementation Coordinating with Consultant and user for functional.  Install, configure and maintenance of the Windows 2003 Server Network / domain Installation and monitoring of the Backup System & Antivirus system Help remote users with the VPN access to the Server Installation, Configuring and Troubleshooting of CISCO Routers & Switches Coordination with the ISP provider for new or existing IT related works  Provide telephonic support to remote users, for the IT related problems Handles the full process of IT Purchase for the company/ clients Training for new users with regards to company IT policy and procedures Conducting IT Audit and ensuring standard regulations are met Install, configure and maintain the network printers, plotters Keeping track of the entire IT Inventory Team leader to all the Company IT internal technical activities Monitor, organize the daily work schedules in coordination with the system engineers
