As Project manager at DMO I'm responsible for the execution of four martieme projects within the project scope of Product, Time and Budget. In these project I cooperate in close contact with the stake holders within the Netherlands defence organization and various comercial parties.

As system engineer I had the role of Asset Manager within the section small ships above water (Klein Boven Water). Mainly my main assets were the Hydrographic recording vessels, Landing craft utility ships and some small sloops of the Royal Netherlands Navy.Within my function I carried out the following tasks:• Coordination of engineering improvements• Coordination of the maintenance process improvements• Supporting the project managers with large overhaul and maintenance projects• Supporting in the creation of Programs of requirements for renovation and new boats/ships

As project engineer at ZGEU (Zodiac Galleys Europe) I was responsible for the technical coordination and the execution of a several design, re-design and customer related developments for the Airbus A330 CEO/NEO aircrafts. My main project during this period was the industrialization and detail design of ZGEU’s new Lower Deck Mobile Crew Rest(LD-MCR), which is a resting facility of cabin and flight crew on long range flights. My main activities are the support and coordination of the technical development within the given budgets and time frame in cooperation with our internal and external suppliers. Besides these activities I have been providing support to our sales (engineering) and R&T department and our general engineering operation.

I conducted a research into market position Ewac Medical in its domestic market. The the research resulted an advise how to reposition and improve its market position in the period of (2013-2017).

During my time as a board member if have done the following things:- Founded the international program of our association - Connected a several companies for funding to our association- Organized 2 study trips (40 Students): Berlin(2011), Vienna/Bratislava (2012)* these trips contained: Company visits, University visits, (local)student communication events, involvement of the Dutch chamber of commerce and embassy, cultural events and the social integration - I gave a several presentation about studying or performing an internship abroad, based on my own international experiences (Study 2010, Helsinki) (Internship 2012, Eurocopter)- Wrote articles about internationalization :• How to apply for an internship abroad + Interview about my own experience abroad (2012)• Interview about: How to apply for your dream job(2014)

I performed an research into the logistical process of in Asia produced parts. Target was to find a cost reduction of 30%. The final outcome brought a total cost reduction of more than 50% of over €100.000 . Besides the research I supported the engineering department with the creation of pilot training documentation.

As a side job next to my studies I supported the engineering manager with the creation of product business cases of new products and supported the technical alignment between the workshops worldwide.

My main task were -Planning-Work preparation-Equipment ordering-Onsite management-Quality supervision (Check of welding quality and record it)-Creation of weekly management reports

As junior project manager I organized and executed technical maintenance and construction projects. In this function my tasks were: Engineering, calculation, work preparing, planning, guiding and supervision on execution and all safety aspects. During these project I managed teams between the 3 and 10 mechanical engineers. Most of these project were performed for departments of the Tata Steel at the premises in IJmuiden.

My main tasks were maintaining customer boats(oil refill, painting, welding etc), customer support and the maintenance of the yard itself
