Account ManagerDevelop and maintain key relationships as a Tier One staffing provider, acting as a single point of contact for the Las Vegas market.Provide exceptional staffing support through the following:• Act as a credible partner with all lines of business by consistently interfacing with executives, hiring managers, and team members to gain full understanding of budgets, business initiatives, current and pipeline requirement needs and priorities. • Responsible for growing market share within each account through development and implementation of strategic account plans. • Leverage existing relationships to build credibility to gain referrals and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. • Proactively anticipate all client needs through utilization of a consultative approach. o Support all client initiatives and concerns with urgency to ensure high level of satisfaction. o Manage and motivate recruiters to identify top IT talent specific to the account needs while participating in the search process. o Assist with the screening process of potential candidates using technical skills assessments, phone and in-person interviews, and reference checks. o Negotiate various types of contracts, payment terms, bonus incentives, etc. between clients and potential/current consultants. o Deliver qualified candidates with urgency to support client initiatives and ensure project continuance. o Maintain consistent communication and perform monthly reviews with both clients and IT contractors to ensure continued satisfaction. o Take ownership over any conflicts or issues for fast resolution.
