The focus of my education and work experience has been in the area of power electronics. I started out in the semiconductor field with the majority of my work geared towards the integration and promotion of wide band gap power transistors. I took my experience with high temperature electronics with me to the oil field industry were I designed and tested various down-hole analog and power electronic circuits. More recently my work has been focused on the design and evaluation of power supplies for servers. Over the course of my work experience I have published over 30 technical papers, awarded 4 patents, and authored two additional patent applications currently in review.
